We want to get to know YOU! That is why we feel this is the most important step in the process. We begin with either a phone call, video chat or face-to-face conversation. This is where we build trust as we discuss your travel desires and goals, so that we can find out if we are the right fit for each other.
Step 2: Get To Work
After our initial conversation, it's time to get to work on your dream luxury vacation. Utilizing our knowledge and resources to begin to form your unique custom itinerary. Our global network of luxury supplier partners will make this happen. We will then present these options to you for your review and feedback, which leads us to the next step in the process.
Step 3: Fine Tune
Once you have reviewed your initial itinerary, we will work together to make sure it becomes your perfect vacation. At this point please feel free to request any adjustments or modifications to the itinerary until it is to your liking. Then give us the green light and we will move forward with booking and securing all of your options for your luxury vacation. Also as luxury advisors, we will always work behind the scenes to get you additional upgrades and/or exclusive VIP perks!
Step 4: Bon Voyage
Now all you have to do is go and enjoy your amazing luxury vacation! Know that we are here if something comes up before or during the trip. We are just a phone call, text, or email away. We have contacts at your destinations that we can use to assist you or resolve issues that may arise. We will do our best to make sure that your vacation is the most pleasurable experience ever!
